Rates & Payment Information

The Manakin Villa can be rented entirely or partially. Listed rates are for the entire villa. Please contact us for rates and information about individual units.

2008-09 Weekly Rates

January 11 - May 1, 2009 - $5000
May 2 - September 15, 2009 - $4600
September 16 - December 15, 2009 - $4000
December 16, 2009 - January 10, 2010 - $7500

Payment

50% of the total rental is required to book and reserve. The remainder is due no later than 90 days prior to occupancy.

Payments accepted by check, wire transfer, or credit card. Cashier's check or wire transfer preferred. If paying with personal checks, booking will be confirmed only after check clears. Online credit card payments are accepted; a link to a secure payment page will be provided after terms of rental agreement are confirmed.
